Imran Price is Chairman of CIMS and also serves in a voluntary capacity as Deputy President of the parent body, the Muslim Converts Association of Singapore. His other board positions are Treasurer of Transient Workers Count Too, Chairman of the Audit Committee of Casa Raudha Womens Home and Finance Director of the Centre for Contemporary Islamic Studies. He works as a recruitment consultant to the banking industry and had many years experience in the investment banking and capital markets business in Sydney, London and Singapore.
He is an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Singapore and is married with two children. He is 51 years old, has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business (University of New South Wales) and is a Chartered Accountant. He completed the Diploma in Islamic Studies with CIMS/IIUM in 2006.

Mr. Niroze Idroos
Board Member
Niroze is a practising lawyer. He has been admitted to practise in Singapore and Sri Lanka. He has a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore. He has a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the Sri Lanka Law College in collaboration with The Asia Pacific Legal Institute, Washington D. C. USA. He was a Senior State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Department of Sri Lanka. He has extensive experience in corporate law, and is also actively involved in Islamic Banking and Finance.
