ENGLISH ISLAMIC BOOKSHOP, CIMS

(APPLICATION FOR PART-TIME BOOKSHOP ASSISTANT)

We are looking for individuals for the following position:

 

1.         Part time Bookshop Assistant - Weekend / Weekday (advertised: 1st November 2009)

 

JOB SCOPE

  • To do general cashiering duties.
  • Customer service answer enquiries and assist in customer's needs.
  • Process payment for zakat, fidyah, donations, courses etc.
  • Accept applications & renewal of membership.
  • Packing of books on shelves and general cleanliness & tidiness of bookshop.
  • Assist in the implementation of bookshop promotions & displays.

Requirement:

    1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
    2. Must have at least O level education
    3. IT literate
    4. MUST BE ABLE to work during weekends (Saturday & Sunday from 9.00am to 5.00pm)
    5. MUST BE ABLE to work at least 3 out of 5 weekday night (6.00pm to 9.00pm)
    6. Fresh graduates/school leaver are welcome, training will be provided

2.         Part time Bookshop Assistant (3 months contract) - Weekday (advertised: 1st November 2009)

JOB SCOPE

  • To do general cashiering duties.

  • Accept applications & renewal of membership.
  • Packing of books on shelves and general cleanliness & tidiness of bookshop.
  • Assist in the implementation of bookshop promotions & displays.

 

    Requirement:

      1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
      2. Must have at least O level education
      3. IT literate
      4. MUST BE ABLE to work during weekday (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm or 12.00noon to 9.00pm) and alternate Sunday 9.00am to 5.00pm
      5. MUST BE ABLE to work from middle November 2009 till end January 2009
      6. Fresh graduates/school leaver are welcome, training will be provided

    a. position 1 is 15th November 2009
    b. position 2 is 15th November 2009
